72 option

Tue Apr 19, 2016 2:03 pm

Let's continue this spree of new topics today with 72 option. This is a binary options broker we don't yet have on this forum, so we thought it would be a pretty good idea to dedicate a separate topic to them. The reason for that is the fact that we recently came across some pretty serious warnings not to trade with this broker, so we want to see if anyone can confirm that this is a scam broker. If not, and you're completely satisfied with the level of service they provide - great. We can set things straight and show the community that there is nothing to worry about. What are your impressions? Do you have any stories to share? Feel free to write as much as you like here, provided that you stay on topic, of course. Be aware that we expect a civilized discussion at all times because we want to try to offer people some firsthand information about this broker. We hope you will help us do that. Welcome to the forum and enjoy the debate!

As far as I know, they are still not a regulated broker. It's been a while since I came across warnings not to trade with them and I've been avoiding them ever since. Since they are not regulated, I don't think any commission or something like that is likely to start an investigation. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you, anyway. It's more probable that a website is conducting an investigation of their own

Hi, I'm new to the forum. Regarding 72option, I signed up with the minimum amount. I didn't take a bonus. Anyway I made the required number of trades, but in the meantime I read less than positive reviews reviews about them, so I tried to do a test withdrawal; that was over a month ago. I've sent 5 e-mails and used the chat box on their website several times;... still no resolution or replies. This the first and only time I shall ever use an unregulated broker.
Mal.

We deleted a couple of posts over the past 9 months as part of an agreement to get our money back from 72option. Now that we retrieved a large % of it we may be able to assist others with this company. Post or make contact and we'll see if we can help you resolve your situation. It is a long and tedious task but with research, investigative techniques including legal and law enforcement we were successful. All inquiries treated with confidentiality.

They didn't even let you initiate your withdrawal process?
But do try to keep in mind that there really are honest brokers in this business :) I know it can be hard to believe when you go through a thing like that but some people really try to do their job properly. Are you looking for a new broker now?

I totally agree - just logged on the site here to tell everybody to stay a loooong way away from 72 option, its a huge scam.
Recently there have been a vacuum cleaner in my account, betting my 6000 euros, leaving me with 2,19 euros....
I have been leaving my account for several months and just logged this evening on to to try and withdraw some of funds, just to find out that within 2 minutes during my working hours the 17'th of march I should have been using the 'ladder' option to invest in the currency-option ladder to invest in 14 different 'bets' - so far out that this i a huge criminal act.
Now I've been calling them for 1/2 an hour waiting on the phone, I make no hopes of getting my 6000 euros now, however I might find the anger to file a suit.
